You fill out a survey about your makeup preferences and then Ipsy sends a bag geared to your preferences. Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. Shipping: The Glam Bag is available only in the United States and its territories, PO Boxes, and APO, DPO and FPO boxes, and, most recently, Canada and its military locations around the world.
